Tarts, cakes, pizza & foccacia with seasonal vegetables, fruits, herbs & salad leaves are made by our pastry kitchen throughout the day. The kitchen also produces jams, jellies, pickles & chutneys, fresh soups, sauces for pastas & relishes to accompany meats, fish & crostini.
