Refunds and Returns Policy
This policy only applies to goods purchased via our online store.

1. Damaged in Transit Items.

All our items are carefully packed by hand, but should your order be damaged whilst in transit, please contact us at Clarke’s Shop on 020 7229 2190 or email us at shop@sallyclarke.com, explaining the situation. We will then either replace the damaged item at no additional cost to you or refund you the cost of the damaged goods. This will be at our discretion and subject to availability.

We reserve the right to ask you to either return the damaged items (at our expense) or provide additional evidence of the damage such as a photograph, before a refund or replacement is sent out.


2. Returning Goods

If you wish to return goods to Sally Clarke Restaurant and Shop Limited for reasons other than defects or damage in transit, we will only issue a refund if:

• The goods are returned to us undamaged, unopened and in a saleable condition.

• The goods are returned to us within 5 days of receipt of the original order in the original retail packaging that they were dispatched in.

Any refunds made will only be for the goods returned and not for delivery charges incurred for the original delivery. You will be responsible for all delivery costs incurred in returning the goods to Sally Clarke Restaurant and Shop Limited, as detailed below.


3. Delivery Charges and Other Services

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or the goods are damaged in transit, we will dispatch a replacement item or items to you at no further cost, subject to availability. We reserve the right to refund you in the event that the goods are no longer available.

In all other circumstances where Sally Clarke Restaurant and Shop Limited is not at fault, then the delivery charges will be your responsibility. You are strongly advised to insure any items returned to us by Royal Mail or other means.
